Good day,<br> <br> ***<br> From the communication from debt collector Shackleton Credit on the 11 April 2013 was sent (via email), and from the date the account was written off on the 12 March 2009, more than 5years have passed,.i.e. 12 March 2009- 11 April 2013. On this basis, the account was supposed to be removed a long time before the email was even answered, as stated by the \Prescription Act 68 of 1969
