PREJUDICED BY ACCOUNTS STILL HAVING ADVERSE AFFECT ON BECOMING DEBT FREE

Good Day

I am referring to my various emails sent to your offices in multiple occasions regarding the paid up accounts for dstv which are still reflecting on my credit profile despite me having paid them up as well as the Finance 27 account which still reflects a balance of about R400 instead of paid up.

I have also on multiple occasions written to Experian who has to this date not responded to my dispute I have provided each of you with the time it requires in which to log a dispute this accounts have now been paid up for more then (21) days more then (30) days and more then (60) days I dont know how much longer I need to wait to have this attended to I am being prejudiced by this each day that those 4 accounts are not removed from my credit profile I dont know what to do anymore I intend asking assistance from an attorney and at this point suing each party involved here for my distress as well as suffering I endure in that I have paid up my debt which you all harassed me for months now it is so difficult for your offices to declare those accounts paid up because according to Experian they have written to your offices to enquire whether the accounts in dispute have been paid up.

I AM SICK AND TIRED IT IS SEPTEMBER NOW ALMOST MID MONTH AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM EXPERIAN ON WHETHER THEY HAVE HEARD BACK FROM MULTI CHOICE OR FINANCE 27

I AM REQUESTING ONE LAST TIME PROOF THAT THIS IS BEING DEALT WITH

BECAUSE CREDITORS NEED TO SUBMIT MY PAID UP INFORMATION TO ALL CREDIT BUREAUS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT I PAID UP THE DEBT AND IT SHOULD BE UPDATED WITHIN 21 -45 DAYS AT MOST ITS BEEN MORE THAN THAT I AM EXTREMELY UPSET,
