Prejudice/Bias/Discriminating Service credit risk management company

Experian doesn't have any business handling South African credit bureau because it doesn't respect or follow their laws, a prescribed debt is not supposed to be collected by any collection agency, but you listen more to the credit providers and debt collectors than us. I have multiple accounts which were duplicated in my name, all the eaccounts were paid in full I don't owe a cent on all the accounts. some accounts go as far back as 2022. on my profile it says I have 11 accounts; I don't even have an account and don't even paying any debit order but somehow, I can't get credit because of these 11 accounts. it's affecting my potential employer to hire. so, you tell us what exactly you are operating if you can't even assist the very same people that are making you run a business. I am mad as hell because my life is standing still because of all these 11 accounts I don't even owe.

I know what a prescription is, so you don't need to explain to me. if you have a look at my accounts, you will notice that Woolworths was a prescribed debt, but you let the collect on a prescribed debt by assigning Nimble to collect on their behalf, they also duplicated all the accounts to seems as if a single debt was owed multiple times, so my query is why did you let that happen? why is your system allowing collection agencies and credit providers to do as they please on our credit profile. why are you not monitoring each and every I had to pay that prescribed debt because I was being harassed day and night even on weekends and holidays. so, what I am asking you to as Experian to remove all the accounts that you also have mentioned that were paid up and settled in full from all the credit bureau platforms so that I can continue with my life, is that too much to ask.

It shows I have 11 accounts and most of them have been duplicated, and some go as far as 2021 which were paid in full, and I never skipped any payments on them, but they are still showing on my profile why?
