prejudged service

One of my employees went to Capitec Bank to apply for a bank loan, I sent him with a letter on my company letterhead with all the details that the bank required IE My name T/A and my ID no, He was unuseful due to the fact that Compuscan has no record of me as a small sole proprietor! I accompanied him to the bank to find out exactly what the problem, only to be informed that Compuscan has no record of ME !!! I feel this is prejudged against me and him! Reference No ***8 I was given by the ban.I have been a so proprietor since i started my electrical company in 1985 I was gien a contact no for Compuscan that does not exist by the bank!!! # ***
