Possible Collision between Experian and Attorneys

My Case 8124/18

Was resolved on 9 November 2020 and the judgement rescission was granted hence my judgement should be removed from my credit report.

I will explain further details but in short, Experian refuses to remove my judgement from my credit report on the basis that they cant see the document I sent them so clearly

I would have thought that they corroborate with courts on this information and if they dont how exactly do they verify that a court order is valid.

What is evident is that the attorneys on the otherside Esterhuize and Company is influencing this investigation by promting reasons after reasons why the judgement should not be removed. This is thus clear evidence that the investigation is not objective.

I would thus like to share this evidence to any interested party to showcase how the buruea are in collision with these attorneys that exploits our people.

These attorneys wants me to pay ten times the amount of the original service how is this fair on us as consumers, show me in what world that makes economic sense.

I am reaching out to all south africans who feel that these additional fees and costs implemented by attorneys such as Esterhuize to reach out to me so we can stop this *******ion.

They are even prepared to question the authority of the courts as well as the integrity of the residing magistrates to evoke payment of these unfounded and exorbitant legal fees.

I will never pay fees to an idiot like Esterhuyze cause in my mind he is not a lawyer but a *****.
