Poor servise unprofessional bullies

This guys take advantage of the vulnerables.i tried more than 10 times to log a query on their systems but no feedback or acknowledgement from them.tried to email they ignore more than 10 of my emails. I call them,i wait on hold for more than 2 hours.if they dont deal with this matter within 24 hrs i am prepared to spend whatever the little i have and take the matter up
