poor services.

Experian credit bureau they will keep your name on their listing profile ,even if you no longer have any outstanding balance with any of the credit providers, when you call their call centre you will be on the queuing system forever, they will take you to pillar to post just to remove your name from their profile. it is very unfair, when they list you they take a minute to do, that they don't even want you to call them, but when is their time to remove you they will tell you to wait for 20 working days even when you provide them with the settlement letters to show that you don't owe anything.am so disappointed about their service.20 working days no communication still.
