POOR SERVICE!!! REPORTING INCORRECT INFORMATION

I haved logged a dispute on the online portal about 10 days ago. I still have no message from them acknowledging my dispute or even providing me with a ref number. I am still flagged as under debt review, I have have already indicated that I withdrew from debt review and have already submitted all docs requested by you but still no communication from your staff.

Its so frustrating that my whole financial life is put on hold by one credit bureau that doesn't want to assist or even investigate my dispute when other credit bureaus did not even give me any problems/trouble and frustrations.

I humbly request that you remove the debt review listing on my profile as I have withdrew from it, this listing is unfair and is badly affecting my financial life.

I really don't know why most companies refer to you for information when all you report is incorrect information and your employees not even helping to correct it!!!
