Poor Service, no Feedback, No response

Experian's customer service is non-existant, contact details on website the telephone number and eza email doesn't work. I've been trying to contact the Experian for months now with no response, my details are not updated. This has financial implications for consumers, I don't know why this entity has been entrusted with this responsibility when they fail to deliver. I am so disappointed with this service, is there a way of reporting this Bureau?
