Poor Service no feedback for dispute

I had sent an email to experian on the 19 October 2018 requesting experian to investigate deafults on my credit report where no communication was sent to me of being listed. Experian has not responded at all and its a nigtmare trying to get through to their call center. Email which is sent it to was ********** on the 19 October 2018 and was sent from ********** i need the reference number for thia dispute urgently regards Nizaam.
