POOR SERVICE FROM EXPERIAN SA

I have been trying to dispute on both Experian and compuscan without luck.I am emotionally drained because I cant reach you guys in anyway.I've been sending numerous emails and calling without any correspondence.I am highly disappointed in your poor services.I think is time to escalate the matter to obudusman
