Poor service from Experian S A

I have had the worst experience with this company, l emailed documents so that they clear my credit record, up-to date they have not rep**** to me. Today l have tried several times to call with no luck. I wonder where do we go or call to get our credit records cleared. Write now l can’t get credit with the banks as there is a judgment on my name which was paid up and an official letter of rescission approved by the magistrate.
