Poor Service

I have never experienced anything like this bad service. TransUnion sorted my issue out in less than 2 days - with Experian I have sent how many mails with all the necessary documents, tried to call - no operator answers you are just left on hold. I lodged 2 disputes for the same matter on my profile and still no response. If it was not urgent I would not be trying so. The matter is urgent.
