Poor Service

I have been emailing many disputes about the accounts of cellc to be removed in my profile yet still today nothing has been done the accounts have been closed for the past two years ago yet still the accounts still open with the balance of R14000 with the installment of R14000 is runing my profile and opportunities for to have better chance of applying and I have been disputing sending them paid up letter nothing is happening no reply no communication what's so ever.
