Poor service delivery

I sent an email disputing a debt review listing on my profile. I also provided proof that I am not under debt review so my profile can be updated and these people do care as I they have not responded. It 3 weeks later and my dispute is not resolved. I contacted the NCR and they have advised that I need to dispute the listing with the relevant credit bureau but you do not respond. I want the matter resolved urgently.
