Poor service - Compuscan and Experian

Like many other people who have been trying unsuccessfully to reach Experian and Compuscan, I have also had enough. I logged a dispute five months ago, and to date have had no outcome. TransUnion responded within a month with a positive outcome. As for the phone calls - you hold on the call for hours. Is this a genuine company? Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing!
