Poor service

Please advise if anyone works at Experian or is there is just tables and chairs at your offices as nobody answers the phone. I was advised a week ago that if I emailed I would get a response within 24hrs. Its 9 days later and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. What is the point of having a telephone number? rather disconnect your telephone services because you have phones for nothing. I wish there was an option to not select a star. I was forced to select one star here
