Poor service and Unprofessional Agents

The type is service provided is pathetic and given a choice they should not be allowed to operate as our livelihood depends on their data. I provided all relevant documentation for my profile to be updated but some Agent has been sitting on my documents for more that stipulated 20 working days. Calling the call centre made me hold for over 100 minutes without anyone providing much needed help.
