Poor Service and not updating details for the past 2 years

I have reported my credit profile should be updated correctly as there was ********** transactions under my name as my ID got lost in May 2020. I have reported it so many times and yet nothing has been done about it. I request that ALL creditors on my credit report be removed and my score.
