POOR SERVICE

I have send tons and tons of email to Experian so they can update my account because I settles the account but on their side is still reflecting but there's no response ,no reference and nothing .Their services is so poor .I don't even know how they do and updates because sometimes it takes even more than 3 months for you report to be updated .Please assist me by doing you job because clearly we as client we not matters while you handling our report knowing very well that this company is the big one when it comes to ITC report .
