Poor service

I paid all my debt up to date but my experian credit report was not updated. This is frustrating because I am in the process of purchasing a house and vehicle but this credit report from experian does not update. I emailed them 3 times for the past 4 months. They kept on saying it will be updated on the next report. I am still waiting ***!!!.
