Poor service

Pathetic service. Call center is forever busy and when u get to a person they cut the call. I have sent numerous emails and disputes with no response or resolution. It's been over a year with no assistance. They have me listed on debt review which I have sent numerous emails and docs and not a single reply for over 18month.
