Poor Service

I bought one Experian's products from their Credit Expert website. They requested that I forward a copy of my ID and proof of address which I did. It is 3 days later and I have not received the product I bought. I called them on their call centre number, over 35 calls not a single one was answered. I then emailed the call centre at [Email Removed] and even my email was not answered. These guys' service is pathetic. Looking at complaints logged on this site, it seems this behaviour is their modus operandi.
