Poor Service

Poor service, some should do something about this bureau as it is affecting our life. II have been complain about my credit score which have never change in the past 5 months now. I keep getting a feedback that a call was logged with the service desk. I did not experience such poor service with Transunion this is really pathetic and it is a disgrace. I really wish some could do something about this credit bureau because I don't think they understand our frustration. I just want them score me fair even if its low credit it does not matter just score me correctly "PLEASE"thats all I am asking.
