Poor service

I've been struggling to access my credit report with scores on the Experian website. I then sent an email and also a lady by the name Noleen who is a team leader. This is not the first time I experience bad service from Experian , one has to always wait for weeks before your request can be attended or and yet they continue selling our information to the credit providers yet they are reluctant in assisting us. No one is available to assist on the phone. This is very frustrating!
