POOR SERVICE

Service so poor!I lodged a dispute regarding 3 of my accounts that are prescribed debts. I sent all the relevant information so it can be resolved and removed on my credit profile. I received an automated response stating I will have my issue resolved in 60 days maximum till this day that account is still reflecting on my credit profile. I really don't know what to do anymore. When you default its quick to update when they suppose to remove your name they drag their feet, This entire week I have been sending emails there are no responses to them, it only automated one which is very annoying. I even thought I was the only one but I also went to their Facebook page and realized that this wacky and strong poorest service of all is their habit. Everyone is complaining on their page but yet again none of them respond or even apologize and show some way of remorse and willing to work on the issues disclosed on their page. I really don't know what to do anymore. contact ***
