Poor, Poor Services

I have been trying to call Experian for over 3 days now without anyone picking up, this is after I logged a dispute for a paid-up account with them that has been pending without any update, Yesterday I waited on the line for 1 hour 15 minutes and no one bothered to answer....This is not the first time, as typing this complaint Im on the line for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick and it seems like no one is going to. Pathetic customer experience
