Poor handling of disputes by Experian

The dispute process is too slow and at times just no reply , no acknowledgement at all. I submitted a dispute for two prescribed accounts and they only rep**** to one and just decided to mark it as closed instead of removing it. The other still reflects and there was not even a reference number received a month later. Clearly not helping us in any way by listing wrong information and not acting on disputes.
