Poor customer service

I have been trying to get hold of someone who can assist me with a judgment against my name that apparently appears on my credit report with Experian, while on other platforms my credit rating is in good standing. No one answers on your customer service helpline and there is zero response to emails. This is causing a major delay to securing a home loan. Judging by the multiple other reviews and complaints, you need to do better!!
