Poor customer service

I called the call centre ********** 665 regarding a query I had about my credit report and how to dispute, the agent that assisted me Nokuthula assisted me with an attitude, spoke over me ,did not allow me to finish a sentence and her customer service very as bad.

I very disappointed with the service provided please listen to call as agents like her tarnish the image of your organization.
