POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

from last year I was trying to dispute my old debts with them and other debt was prescribed but no luck no feedback. i tried again and i attached an email i sent to debt collectors last year asking them to validate my debts and they failed to do so but a consultant from experian responded with an email saying "kindly contact********* as they are collecting for your from **********" no investigations was done nothing and that debt was prescribed long time ago and i did raise an issue where i haven't pay or made any arrangement with debt collectors but when i check on my credit score they are updating that i am paying them every month my last payment was 01/06/2024 of which is a false and *****ulant information on my credit score but still it did not raise any RED flag to a credit bureua consultant. i'm so disappointed with the service and to whom must we report if there is a false information updated in our credit report.
