POOR CREDIT SCORE WITH EXPERIAN SA

I have sent numerous emails to My Credit Expert, an arm of Experian SA to update my credit score without success. Judging by the comments on this useless company everybody seems to be having the same experience. And yet credit institutions (banks etc.) continue to use then for credit checks. EXPERIAN SA, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS!!!
