Poor client service
I submit a paid up letter with experian last year September 2024 to update my status then I send again that paid up letter October 2024 to update my status but I'm still on credit bereu. Yesterday I called experian then they promised to update my status before the end of the businesses day nothing changed I'm still on credit bereu

Kindly note that though the account reflects as closed, my bereau status has not been updated yet.
It still shows that I had adverse listing in the last 12 months. Between experian and MTN who has the authority to update my status because I'm going back and forth without being assisted??
