please update my records

i wish This credit bereus can understand that this is our lives and their incompetency affect us. i lodged a dispute with Experian for an account that is paid up .i sent the paid up letter .my record are still not updated . to this day I'm still waiting feedback. they do not acknowledge receipt do not send any correspondence, when yo call you hold for over 20 minutes. can i please have an update on my dispute and can this be updated on their system please . thats all i ask
