Please update my credit profile and remove the judgment off my name !!!!

I received Very poor service After countless back and forth emails still zero assistance from Experian in updating my credit profile and removing the judgment off my name. I have mailed through all the relevant documentation and 21 days times 100 have passed,the 60 days waiting period is also gone but I’m still battling to get assistance,this is very frustrating 😡😡😡😡
