Please help me with my dispute

I filed a dispute against a company and they could not assist me even though I had all the proof that shows I am being ****med. They took 20 days and came back with information I already had. I never disputed accepting a loan, I did dispute not getting the money from that loan and now I’m on ITC for a loan I never received and no one seems to want to help me
