Please help Experian SA

I actually have no amount of rating I can give to Experian I have been trying to get this resolved over a month now I paid my Rage account in August on time and rage sent the details to Experian that I was owing as they allocated the payment Rage apologized and sent me a paid up letter been trying to log a dispute you guys don’t respond to calls or emails how are we suppose to continue with life there is a major credit application I need to apply for but I need this cleared what is so difficult
