Please help

Experian financial services never reply to emails , never answer their phones. One just cannot get in touch with them or get any help from them. I have had two disputes and they just do not keep my records up to date or clear insurance companies and paid up clothing accounts and credit card balances off my account!!!! This has been going on for years now that I am trying to get them to clear my records I even emailed all the documents requested from me but nothing ever happened, I am so frustrated and IM asking if there is ANYONE OR ANY OTHER COMPANY that can assist me PLEASE? PLEASE ASSIST ME. AMANDA L.
