Please do your job

Applying for a bond has never been so miserable! I was cleared from debt review in October 2020, it's now April and they have not removed the flag from my profile!

I called, emailed, the debt review company has emailed twice and copied me in both times and still nothing, no response, no call, nothing!

Today I get today I've been declined again!

I've been on hold for the past 10min and I'm wasting my airtime for these people to do their job!

Please fix this, I need to get my bond approved! You're ruining my entire experience
