Please attend to this ASAP

This is uncalled for, my previous review was ignored and reviews that came after mine, they were attended to. This is so unprofessional. I'm really disgusted right now. I have a valid reason to complain, it's not like I'm making up all this. I'm reporting this to the NCR if I don't get a swift response this time around, I'm definitely not gonna let it slide just like that.
