Please assist experian

It has now been more than a year after I was rehabilitated after sequestration. I am trying to clear my name and get a good credit report. Experian was notified about the sequestration and rehabilitation and I sent the dcuments required mul;tiple times already. When I check my record, it shows that I was sequestrated, all accounts closed and it shows a Telkom account which I have no knowledge of as I lived overseas for some time.........Numerous letters written, numerous requests and disputes lodged. No help from experian to sort this out.

I was contacted by the credit bureau and my name was cleared......a couple of weeks later Telkom was listed again and my credit score gone!
