****ED OFF/BAD SERVICE

A month ago i called and asked what the process was to have prescribed debt removed, i emailed as well. i was advised to submit the letters from african bank which i did and up till today got no feedback from experian and the debt still reflects and once the debt as being prescribed the it should be removed and they are refusing to do so . WHY ARE YOU KEEPING THINGS ON MY NAME THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED 2018 ALREADY
