****ED OFF BIG TIME

I sent an email to Experian on the 18 of Feb 2016 , that according to the Credit Amnesty Act, regarding any adverse information on your credit profile like accounts that have been paid up, closed ,write off, slow, payer etc must be removed. I have to date not received any feedback from them.I called earlier @ 14:48 to follow up on the email sent and to find out if my request has been met as per the email and the phone rang for like 10 minutes. This is revolting to think that a so called reputable institution has no -3 ring -policy in place.Hopefully now someone can have the decency of getting back to me. If the Credit amnesty says remove all adverse information from a consumers credit profile then, please do it, don't wait for consumers to tell you what your duties are. And *** answer the telephone for goodness sake!!!!!!
