Payment made - NO REPORT and NO ANSWER

Hi, <br> <br> I have been trying nonstop to get hold of someone at Experan. Last year November, I made the payment and requested a full report, I have sent through all the documentation required and have to date not received any feedback or my report. The call center just rings, NO ONE answers. I have tried numerous times in the last months. <br> <br> Can someone please assist me, but either giving my money back or at least give me the report I have paid for???<br> <br> T<br> <br>
