Pathetic sorry excuse for a company, ruining lives!
I sent a paid up letter to Experian to update my record and this was loaded as a dispute, I asked them to remove a prescribed debt I had with homechoice and my records still shows as the previous dispute loaded. No one has called or responded, even when I try to call I can’t get through. At this point I need them to remove the dispute loaded which I didn’t ask for. And answer their phones as this is frustrating I cannot do anything. My credit score is also still the same even after paying off some debt and having most of it removed

18 Mar 2022, 15:23I have spoken to Sakhe Nkowane who was extremely rude and Kim Thomas. They say the dispute is logged to investigate the paid up letter I’ve sent which I received from HTN to confirm that the account has been paid up. Boodle has updated on their side and HTN has confirmed that the account has been settled. Why is my credit report still flagged as being disputed for 21 days if confirmation has been sent and this process does not have to take 21 days. You have the most pathetic service. If unfortunate one cannot avoid dealing with you and this is may be why you do not care

I’m not sure why you choose to respond privately but my issue has not been resolved, I still can’t get through when I call. I still have an ongoing dispute you logged for a paid up letter I sent you beginning of March. And the adverse information on Clear score shows open whereas it is closed on you other platforms ie my credit check. I’m not sure how you are allowed to ruin lives like this and how your agents are allowed to threaten to my situation worse.
But I for one will continue to expose you until someone with more powers is able to do something about this.
