pathetic service still no feedback

its been over a week since I put my complaint on hellopeter about Experian where they then responded asking for contact details I then responded providing my email address and still no response which confirms what I had said the last time about the service and the fact that I am still waiting for a manager contact details and not an ordinary clerk because they cant do anything
