Pathetic Service - Referring it to the Ombudsman,

I have been battling to resolve a incorrect credit posting for nearly 4 months now, without success or assistance from Experian.

I have logged an online dispute, waited 20 days to win the dispute. It then gets removed, to be only added again the following month.

I have sent about 20 plus mails, called about 10 times and its been escalated to various team leaders and managers. And yet nothing has come from all this effort.

I tried contacting them on various numbers over the past week, only not to be answered or cut off.

You guys seriously need to get your house in order - this will not also be escalated to the Ombudsman.
