Pathetic Service. No service

I have been trying to contact experian for more than 6 months. Eventually had to post on Hello Peter. Than 4days after Leah Ramoroka closed the case without resolving. Than i post a 2nd time she closed again without resolving. So i consulted with the Ombudsmen. Because i Know i was wrongly listed. Ombudsmen advise me to get i reference no so that he can investigate. She cant even give me a reference number. Emails send 3 times no response. I dont understand why does Experian SA still exist. The should just fire all of them and appoint new stuff with no attitude and that actually wants to work. This company is messing up my life and my career. This is crazy
