Pathetic service - listed twice for the same debt

Im having a constant battle with experian, you cant get hold of them telephonically nor on email and im being denied credit due to incorrect listings on my report Ive logged disputes via email/ website but no reply from them. Im in possion of the email where to confirm that im listed for the same debt twice which has also prescribe and that it will be removed , 3 months later and it still reflect BOTH OF THEM.
