Pathetic Service!!!

Good day,

For months now I have been struggling to get Experian/Compuscan to remove a debt that is still pulling through under Compuscan! I have contacted Experian on numerous occasions and was promised that the issue will be resolved by Zain Golding who is one one of the team leaders and to date its still pulling through on Compuscan!! He also promised to call me back but to date I have had no feedback. Not even my emails are being responded to... CAN SOMEONE intervene and resolve this issue!!!
